جرائم شنعاء ضد الإنسانية وكرامة الانسان ، ترفضها العقول والقلوب البشرية ، انها جرائم بشعه تمس العرض وتدنس الشرف ، تخنق عبرات كل من يحمل معنى للإنسانية ، فمن تعذيب جسدي الى تعذيب نفسي، المقتول فيه هو المنتصر..
تحرش جنسي .. اعتداءات جسدية ..انتهاك لأعراض المعتقلين ..كل ذلك يمارس في سجون صالح وعلى ايد لا تحمل معنى لكرامة الانسان ،قد تبرأت من كل معاني الإسلام السمح ، ففي سجون صالح و بداريمه المجهولة وبتنفيذ حوثي تمزق الكرامة للرجل والمرأة بصورة لم تشهدها اليمن من قبل ، وفي هذا التحقيق يصرح عدد من المعتقلين بجزء من أنواع التعذيب التي تمارس ضدهم ، وكذلك تصريحات من قبل الايدي الحوثية الملطخة بسحق الإنسانية ..
يقول المعتقل ( م ـ ر) اخذوني للتحقيق لمدة ساعة ووعدوني اعود للبيت ، فذهبت معهم ، وبدأوا بالتحقيق بعد ان اغموا على عيناي ثم اخذوني الى سجونهم المستحدثة في مدينة زبيد ، وهناك بدأت رحلة التعذيب الجسدي والنفسي بتهمة تأييد العدوان على اليمن ، بدأوا بضربنا انا وشخص اخر بالسلك ثم الضغط علينا بالكهرباء لنعترف باعترافات على شاشتهم المسيرة ، طبعا هم اعدوا هذه الاعترافات وكتبوا التقرير فقط يريدون منا ان نقوله امام الشاشات ، وكان من ضمن هذه الاعترافات أن صخر الوجيه ومحمد ورق وبعض القيادات بانهم يدعمون العدوان بزعمهم ، اعترف البعض ورفضت لان لا علم لي بشيء غير اني اسعى لطلب لقمة عيش اولادي ولكنهم لم يصدقوا ما اقول فاشتد التعذيب علي ، كان من اشد ما واجهناه انهم يربطون العضو التناسلي ويأمروننا بشرب الماء بكثرة فيحصر فينا البول اعزكم الله ، واسوأ ما كان انهم يربطون اعضاءنا التناسلية بحجر ويطلبون منا حملها ونحن معلقون ، كل ذلك كان يصدر من الحوثيين من اقارب المدعو ابو طارق المجش ، وكل ذلك في غياب جهود منظمات حقوق الانسان فلا اظن ان أولئك كان يملكون ادنى معنى للإنسانية ولا حتى الحيوان ممكن ان يصنع صنيعهم .
اما المعتقل ( م ـ ص ) فيقول : أتكلم عن نفسي وعن مجموعة من الشباب الذين كانوا بالقرب مني ، لقد تعرضنا لتحرشات واعتداءات جنسية بشعة ، فقد كانوا يجردوننا من ملابسنا ويتلمسون اجسادنا بأيديهم ،وكانوا يطلبون منا التواصل مع أهلنا لزيارتنا ليشبعون بهم رغباتهم الشيطانية، حتى ان احد المعتقلين تحرشوا بزوجته امام عينيه ، وضربوه ضربا مبرحا حتى اغمي عليه ، كما تعرضنا كذلك لصواعق كهربائية حتى يغمى على الواحد منا لساعات ، وكان من الشباب من يتم اسعافه سرا الى المستشفى كي يستعيد وعيه ثم يعاد به الى التعذيب من جديد ، وكنا نجبر باعترافات ليس لنا بها صلة خاصة ضد الإصلاح ولا علاقة لنا بهم ، ومن هذه الاعترافات اننا ننتمي للإصلاح واننا نخطط لتفجير بعض السفارات ، وتحت الضغط كنا نتعرف بكل ذلك ، ومن أسوأ ما كنا نتعرض له من السباب والشتائم اتهام أخواتي واهلي بالدعارة ، وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل ..
وبنفس النوع من التعذيب يدلي المعتقل ( ا ـ م ) بإيجاز المكسور المحبط : اقتدت الى مقر الامن السياسي ومن ثم الى منطقه مجهولة تعرضت فيها لاعتداء جنسي ولجميع أنواع التعذيب والاهانات ..
لم ينتهي الامر فقط عند معتقلين ذكور ، بل يتمادى بهم الامر الى اعتقال واختطافات للنساء ، ومن ثم اغتصابهن وهتك شرفهن تحت مرآي ومسمع قياداتهم ، وتحت تهديد مريع لهن و لأسرهن مما يدفع بهن الى التزام الصمت حفاظا على ما بقي لهن من كرامة في هذا البلد المسلوب الحقوق ، فها هو ( ا ـ ح ) يصرح وهو احد مجرمي الحوثي في احدى السجون المركزية بالجمهورية مفتخرا بذلك قائلا : كنا نجيب النسوان الذي اختطفناهن وبعضهن نأخذهن على أساس التحقيق ونقوم باغتصابهن في بداريمنا ، ونهددهن لو يخرج الخبر لننفي اهاليهن من الوجود ..وعندما سألناه كيف خرجتوهن ؟ رد على مضض بضغط سعودي وقبائل ، اما المشرف ( أ ـ ر ) فقال : نخرجهن بمبالغ كبيرة من اهاليهن او من الوسيط ..
اما مأساة ( ص ـ ع ) الذي اختطف اختطافا من محافظته الى محافظة صنعا فيرويها رغم الألم قائلا: تم تجريدي من ملابسي كليا وضربي بالسلك اذا ما رديت على اسئلتهم او اكرر الاعتراف الذي يطلبون مني قوله ، ثم يتم الاعتداء عليا جنسيا بعد تلمسهم القذر لأعضائي ، ويسمعونني من الكلام ما لا يقوله أصحاب الجنس الثالث انفسهم ، ورغم انهم كانوا جزء ممن كان في الساحة الا انهم يقذفوننا بارتكاب الفاحشة مع النساء اللواتي كن في الساحة ، وقد تم ضربي بسواطير من الخشب وربطي عليها ، وصعقوني بالكهرباء مرارا وتكرارا ، وفي احدى المرات اغمي علي حتى ظنوا اني مت ، فاحضروا طبيب لإفاقتي ، و تم حجزي في الانفرادي لشهرين متتاليين ، وكل ذلك لاتهامي اني مؤيد للعدوان على اليمن .
أما احد مسئولي الامن الوقائي بمحافظة تعز ( ع ـ م ) فيقول : هناك فرق في التعامل مع الافراد والمحدثين او القياديين ، فالأفراد يتم معهم التحقيق الاولي ، ويضرب الضرب العادي ، لطم وجلد لما يعترف باي حاجة ، او بما يمليه قائد الامن الوقائي ، والذي كان يرفض يزيدوا له الضرب ، ويتم سجنهم سجن جماعي ومعاملتهم أحيانا بتعامل جيد ليتقبلوا تعلم الدروس الثقافية التي نقوم بها لأجل محو الفكر الوهابي ، اما المحدثين والقيادات فيتم تدقيق التحقيق معهم ومراقبة تحركات كل عضو من اعضاءهم اثناء التحقيق بالكاميرات ، يرفعوهم الينا بدون أسماء ولا يكون كشف أسماءهم الا لدى القيادات الكبرى حتى اذا جاءوا يبحثوا عنهم عندنا ما يجدوهم حسب الكشوفات الموجودة لدينا، وبعد التحقيق والضغط عليهم باعترافات اما ان يتم نقلهم الى جهات حتى احنا نجهلها ، واما يقتلوا ، اما التعذيب فأحيانا بعض المحققين يضطر للضغط على المحدثين بالاعتراف فيقوم بإذابة علب الزيت البلاستيكية وصبها في مناطق غير ظاهره على جسد المعتقل كالظهر والمؤخرة ، بحيث اذا في زيارات او اعترافات ما يظهر عليهم اثار تعذيب ..
الفكر المتطرف والعنيف.. منشأه الحقد والانتقام من كل من شعر بالظلم و القهر امام جلاده ، ولم يوقف احد هذا الظلم عنه ، فتنشأ شخصيات حاقدة على نفسها وعلى الواقع وعلى المجتمع الذي لم يسانده في محنته يوما ؟!! فهل يا ترى ما يحدث في سجون صالح من اعتداءات على كل المعتقلين سينشأ جماعات متطرفة في اليمن ؟!! هذا ما سندركه من حديث المعتقل ( م ـ ب ) حيث يقول : اثناء اعتقالي ادركت لماذا ينشأ المتطرفون ، فقط في سجن رسلان وجدت الإجابة ، حيث كنا معتقلين هناك وكنا في أوقات متأخرة من الليل نسمع أصوات صراخ مفزع وكأنه من بدروم في السجن واصوات ألم و توجعات ، وكان احدهم يكرر ويصرخ بأعلى صوته ( انتم ليسوا مسلمين انت كفرة انتم فجرة ) ادركنا حينها ان مستوى التعذيب في البدروم كان اخطر واخبث مما نراه نحن ، وادركنا حينها متى وكيف ولماذا وأين تنشأ جماعات انتقامية ودموية ..كما اننا قد اعترفنا باعترافات يملونها علينا وكاميراتهم تصور ذلك واسلحتهم فوق رؤوسنا ، بحيث يكون المقابل ان يخرجوننا من السجن ، فكانوا يوفون مع القليل ، ولكنهم يجعلونها اثباتات ضد الكثير مما يجعل مدة سجنهم أطول .
وهناك من تخرج ممن سجون صالح وقد أصابه شبه الجنون ، فقد نالته ايدي الظلم لمدة عام كامل وكالعادة بتهمة بلا دليل ، فهذا احمد ذلك الشاب اللطيف دائم الابتسامة قبل دخوله اعتاب سجون صالح ، اما بعدها فتحكي اخته مأساته قائلة : لقد تحول احمد بعد خروجه من السجن الى رجل عدواني في كل تصرفاته ، اصبح لا يريد رؤية احد بعد ان كان الولد الاجتماعي المدلل ، لقد اصبح احمد يعاني من حالة نفسية شديدة تنتابه عصبية مفاجئة وشرود ذهني لم يعهد عليه من قبل ، حاولنا الاستفسار منه كرارا ومرارا عما يشعر او يفكر به وما اذا حدث له تعذيب معين ولكنه يرفض الحديث نهائيا وكل ما يرد به هو الصراخ وضرب زوجته المسكينة ، لا نعرف ماذا صنعوا به فربما هو تحت التهديد !!
اما المعتقل الطليق ( أ ـ ن ) فبدأ بالرغبة في الحديث ولكنه فجأة احجم عن ذلك قائلا : انا أخاف على ابي واخوتي من بطشهم ، فلا منظمات حقوقية ولا إنسانية ستحميهم أ وتدفع عنهم شيء ولا قانون ولا دولة ، واوقف حديثه بالدموع ..
التهديد وإرعاب النفس الإنسانية إرهاب بحد ذاته ، يقوم به صالح واسطورته الحوثية ، فمن سيوقف هذا النوع من الإرهاب والذي يفرض على المظلوم عدم التحدث بظلمه ليستمر الظالم في انتهاكاته ، وهذا ما صرح به العديد من المعتقلين الذين تم الافراج عنهم من سجون صالح ولكنهم ما زالوا يقبعون تحت سجن التهديد والوعيد بقتلهم وقتل اسرهم ، واغتصاب نساءهم ، ان رفعوا قضاياهم لمنظمات حقوق الانسان او أي جهة إعلامية او حتى لأسرهم ، فمن مظلة الإرهاب الجسدي في سجون صالح الى مظلة الإرهاب النفسي خارجه ..
لقد انتهك صالح وشماعته الحوثي كل حقوق الانسان داخل وخارج سجونهم ، وبدون مبرر ، وفي غياب تحرك انساني عاجل من منظمات حقوق الانسان ستظل الحقوق مسلوبة ، حتى بالحديث عن الظلم ، وهذا ما كان جميع المعتقلين يوجهوه ويناشدوا به منظمات حقوق الانسان وينادونهم نداءا عاجلا للتحرك العاجل للحفاظ على أرواح وكرامة من بقي قابعا في غياهب السجون و البداريم التي تقع تحت تلك السجون وتحت منازل مجهولة الهوية ..

Houthi Crimes in Saleh’s Prisons

Crimes against humanity and human dignity, rejected by the minds and hearts of humans. It is horrendous crimes that exposes and desecrate honor. Taking away expressions that carry the meaning of humanity, from physical to psychological tortures, the dead is the victor.
Sexual harassment, physical abuse, violation of detainees’ is practiced in Saleh’s prisons and without any sense of human dignity. In the prisons of Saleh the implementation of Houthi rupture of dignity for men and women pictured in a way not seen in Yemen before, and in this investigation, a number of detainees declare some of the types of torture practiced against them, as well as statements by Houthis.
Detainee (M R) says “They took me for interrogation for an hour and promised me I will go home. I went with them, they started to interrogate me after they had blindfolded me, then they took me to one of their prisons in Zabid. There I started a journey of physical and psychological torture on charges of supporting the aggression against Yemen. They started beating me and someone with wires and then they electrocuted us to admit confessions on their screen. Of course, they prepared these confessions and wrote only what they want us to say in front of the screens, among these confessions was that Sakhr Al-Wajih and Muhammad Warq and some leaders support the Saudi aggression by their claim. Some admitted but I refused because I knew nothing as I work for the sake of providing my children with meals but they did not believe me so they intensified my torture. The worst tortures we faced were they would tie our genitals and make us drink a lot of water so that we would be bursting with urine. They would also tie our genitals to rocks and ask us to carry them. All of the torture commands were issued by the Houthis from a relative named Abu Tariq Al-Majash, all in the absence of the efforts of human rights organisations; I do not think that those have had the slightest sense of humanity.”
Detainee (M S) says “I speak for myself and a group of young people who were close to me. We were sexual harassed, they took off our clothes and groped our bodies with their hands. They asked us to communicate with our families to visit us so they could satisfy their disgusting desires. One of the detainee’s wives was sexually harassed in front of his own eyes; they beat him severely until he fainted. We were also subjected to electric shocks until some would faint and they would disappear for hours. The young men were secretly being taken to the hospital to regain consciousness and then to return to torture again. We were forced to confess that we have no special connection with the Islah Party and have nothing to do with them. Also confessions that we belong to the Islah Party and we plan to blow up some embassies. And because we were under pressure we confess all this. The worst we were faced with was insults accusing my sisters and my family of prostitution.”
In the same kind of torture, detainee (A M) makes a concise statement: “I was taken to the Political Security headquarters and then to an unknown area where I was sexually assaulted and subjected to all kinds of torture and humiliation.”
The tortures are not only at male detainees but also women who are abducted and arrested, then raped and have their honor humiliated. They are forced to stay silent in order to preserve the dignity they have left in this lawless country. Witness (A H) says that one of the Houthis in a Republic prison proudly says “We bring women that we have kidnapped and some that we take on the basis of investigation to our homes and we rape them. We threaten them that if anyone finds out, we will deny that your people exist.” We asked him how do you take them out. He replied reluctantly “With pressure from Saudi and the tribes” While the supervisor (A R) said “We take them in large amounts off their people.”
The victim (S A) who was kidnapped from his city to Sanaa tells his story despite the pain saying “They took off all my clothes and beat me up with wires if I did not answer their questions or if I repeat what I was saying. They sexually assaulted me and made me listen to things not even gay people would say. They threw us in an area with women. I was beaten with a wooden stick and then I was tied up. The electrocuted me many times until I was unconscious, they thought I died. They bought in a doctor to help me. I was kept with them for two months on the charge that I am a supporter of aggression against Yemen.”
One of the Preventive Security officials in Taiz province (A M) said: “There is a difference in dealing with individuals, innovators and leaders. With individuals they are investigated first, and given ordinary beatings and whippings, they are imprisoned in a collective prison and sometimes treated with good treatment to accept the cultural lessons we are doing in order to erase the Wahhabi thought. Whereas the innovators and the leaders are investigated by monitoring each movement through the cameras. They are given to us without names; their names are only revealed to major leaders. So if they come to search for them they will not find them. After investigation and the pressure for them to confess they are taken away or killed or tortured by pouring cans of plastic oil on body parts that are not visible to others so if there are visits the signs of torture would not be visible.”
Extreme and violent thoughts, hatred and revenge from every person felt oppression and injustice, and this injustice does not stop. Malicious characters on themselves and on the society that did not support its ordeal one day? Can you see what is happening in the prisons and the attacks on the detainees? They will be established as extremist group in Yemen!
Detainee (M B) said “During my arrest I realised why the extremists arise, only in Ruslan prison I found the answer. Whilst I was detained there, late at night we would hear screaming coming from the basement, screaming of pain and torture. There was someone screaming repeatedly ‘you are not Muslims, you are disbelievers’. We realised the level of torture in the basement was worse than what we see. We realised when, how and why extremists groups are created. We confessed the confessions they told us with cameras taking photos and weapons put against our heads. In return they would let us free but they only kept their promise with a few. However they make evidence against the most making their imprisonment longer.”
There are those who have left the prisons of Saleh with mental conditions, living in oppression for a year and as usual charges with no evidence, this is Ahmed, a young man always smiling before entering the prisons of Saleh, his sister says “After Ahmed’s release from prison he had become aggressive in everything he does, he does not like to see anyone even though he used to like to socialise, he is suffering from a severe psychological state of anxiety and anger. We tried to ask him repeatedly what is he feeling, what is he thinking but he refuses to talk. All he wants to do is scream and beat his poor wife. We don’t know what they done to him, maybe he is under threat.”
As for the divorced detainee (A N) he started to talk, but suddenly he refrained saying “I am scared for my father and brothers from the oppression. No human rights organisations will protect them.” He stopped speaking with tears coming out his eyes.
The threat and the terror of the human soul done by Saleh and the Houthis is terrorism. Who will stop this kind of terrorism, which forces the oppressed not to speak about the injustice so the oppressor can continue his violations? This is what many of the detainees who were released from Saleh prisons say, they are under the threat of imprisonment and threats to kill them and kill their families, and rape their women, if they raise their cases to human rights organisations or to the media or even to their families. From the physical terrorism in Saleh’s prisons to the psychological terrorism outside.
Saleh and the Houthis have violated all human rights inside and outside of their prisons. Without justification, and in the absence of urgent humanitarian action by human rights organisations, rights will continue to be stolen. All the detainees have been calling and appealing to human rights organisations, calling them for urgent appeals and for urgent action on the lives and dignity of those who remain in the prisons.
