The Air Force of the Arab Coalition Forces in Hadhramaut dropped a warplane today that targeted the headquarters of the House of Representatives in Sayoun.
Military sources said the plane, which was shot down in Sayoun today, is a combat aircraft.
The targeting of the city of Sayoun and the headquarters of the Yemeni parliament came after a series of instigations and threats launched by southern leaders attributed to the so-called Transitional Council.
In a tweet, the deputy head of the so-called Transitional Council Hani Ben Brik said: soon all the southerners will hear good news”.
“Be ready” he added.
For his part, the leader of the southern transitional council Lotfi Shatara said that the Patriot would not be able to dismiss the will of the southerners.
“The plane that was shot down in Hadramout was the same plane that killed Major General Tamah, and it was the same plane that killed Major General al-Zindani,” said Yasser al-Yamani, a leading figure in a video on his Twitter account.
Al-Yamani accused the UAE of being behind this incident, ruling out that Al-Houthi would have a hand in the incident because of the vast distance.
