Houthi rebels disrupt entry and unloading of five ships in Hodeidah port

Houthi rebels prevented 14 ships from entering Hodeidah port three days ago after being given permits by Arab Coalition forces.

Coalition spokesman Colonel Turki al-Maliki told a news conference in Riyadh on Monday that they issued 14 permits for ships heading to Yemeni ports carrying food and petroleum products.

He added that the coalition issued 23 air permits and 14 maritime permits and 6 land permits and 61 permits to protect convoys with a total of 104 permits within 72 hours.

He said that there are five ships waiting to enter the port of Hodeidah but Huthi militias prevented it, to continue affecting the Yemeni people by disrupt the entry and unloading of the five ships.
