The legitimate delegation , has been handed over the lists of 8500 prisoners names, while the lists will remain open as agreed to include any subsequent lists,
The source said, the lists included all prisoners, detainees, abductees and those forcibly hidden in Houthis ‘ jails, including the Baha’i community and detainees from the family of the late President Ali Abdallah Saleh.
He noted that the exchange of prisoners had taken place from a humanitarian standpoint, as the government had ceded and released combatants who were prisoners of war, as opposed to civilians abducted in the Houthi prisons, which in itself was a violation of the balance of justice and was a clear waiver by the government delegation, which preferred to see the issue from a humanitarian perspective.
