Saudi journalist Badr al-Qahtani launched a scathing attack on the leadership of the southern transitional council after the campaign they lead against the Saudi ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Al Jaber.
Al-Qahtani described the campaign against Ambassador Al-Jaber as “primitive.”
“How could you think that this stupid media campaign against Saudi Arabia will succeed and that he will harm the ambassador?” Qahtani said in a tweet at his Twitter page, referring to the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council.
“How do they want to convince themselves, Saudi Arabia, the Gulf, the region and the international community later that they will be able to take responsibility of the state, and that they could represent 5 million people?!” Qahtani added.
Al-Qahtani explained that the transitional council “cannot even control his social activists” he concluded.
