Houthis prepare to confiscate the houses and properties of their opponents in Sana’a

The Ministry of Justice in the houthi coup government issued a list of about 1,200 names of its opponents with the aim of issuing judgments to confiscate their houses and properties in preparation for their acquisition.

According to documents leaked, the list includes 1,142 people from the leaders of legitimate, including leaders in the state and the national army and party leaders and social figures and members of Parliament.

According to judicial sources, the lists prepared by the Ministry of Justice in the Houthi government were submitted to the Houthi-controlled judiciary to issue judicial rulings allowing the Houthis to seize their houses and confiscate their property.

Commenting on these lists, Yemeni Information Minister Muammar Al-Iryani said: “These are illegal measures, as they are issued by a coup militia that controlled the state and its institutions by force of arms. These actions also confirm the confusion of the Huthi militias, which are acting in retaliation against the state and society after being defeated on all fronts”
