Houthis impose financial fees for the passing of trucks in Dhamar city
The Houthi rebels in the city of Dhamar (central Yemen) has imposed financial fees on truck drivers and heavy vehicles as they pass through the public street in the city under its control.
The circular requires all cargo trucks drivers to pay royalties, starting with small trucks.
The circular specified two thousand riyals on small trucks and 5 thousand riyals on large trucks.
The circular stressed on the authorities not to tolerate the imposition of fees.
