Informed sources in the city of Hodeidah said on Saturday that the gunmen of the Houthi group refused to implement the cease-fire agreement and the redeployment from the port and the city.
Sources said that the Houthis refused to remove the mines from Kilo 16 road, the south-eastern entrance of the city, in order to transfer the humanitarian aid trucks, which supposed to move from the port to the southern districts.
They pointed out that the aid trucks was supposed to start moving from Kilo 16 road, but the Houthis refused to remove their mines and their military barriers.
