Disaster: Houthi rebels decide the abolishing of the Education process

The Ministry of Education of the Houthi rebels issued a decision abolishing the first semester of the year 2018-2019.
“A decision by the non-recognized Minister of Education of the government, Yahya al-Houthi, suspended education and abolished the first semester,” the media said in a statement.

Residents in the Houthi-controlled areas feared that students would be thrown into the war on a number of battle areas, stressing that the suspension of education was a measure confirming the continued recruitment of children by militias in a senseless war.
