How did the UAE cause Ali Abdula Saleh’s murder?

The Russian-linked news agency “Sputnik” quoted Yasir al-Yamani, the spokesman of the dead president of Yemen Ali Abdulla Saleh, as saying that he was fall in a trap of UAE leaders, at the last years of his life.

According to “Sputnik”, Al-Yamani said that UAE convinced Saleh to form an alliance with Houthi rebels.
Al-Yamani In an interview the Russian agency, claim that UAE did some calls with Saleh, instructing him to unify his military abilities with the militia to overthrow “Islah party” out of the authority.

He said: this led to the current massive destroying in Yemen, when houthis got benefit of this alliance and took over of the capital Sana’a in September, 21, 2014.

“The truth is that the UAE has planned to lose Amran under the pretext of defeating the Muslim Brotherhood Islah part,” al-Yamani said “the fall of Amran, a city to the north of the capital, in the rebels hands in 2014 – “was a conspiracy between Saleh and the UAE”.

The UAE and Saudi Arabia formed a coalition of Arab states in March 2015 to intervene in Yemen and back the legitamete government, when the Houthis moved south.

Al-Yamani said that Saleh did the biggest mistake of his life, when he decided to involve in the UAE conspiracy against Yemen, which caused later by the murder of him by Houthi rebels when he attempted to flee the capital.

The UAE faces charges of serious violations of civilians in a number of Yemeni cities, during its participation as a key player in the Arab alliance led by Saudi Arabia since March 2015.
