The Emirati-backed “Southern Transitional Council” militia sent massive military reinforcements on Saturday night, to the outskirts of the city of Zunjubar, capital of Abyan province.
Military sources said that the reinforcements included military vehicles carrying weapons and personnel carriers, and vehicles containing food supplies, to Wadi Hassan, at the southeastern gate of the city of Zunjubar.
The sources added that these reinforcements are the largest reinforcements that have reached the forces of the so-called “Southern Transitional Council”, which have been stationed in the cities of Zunjubar and Juaar since the two cities had fallen in the hands of the council in early September.
The informed military sources pointed out that the guidance counselors Units of the Southern Transitional Council said that their forces are awaiting command orders, as described, to start clearing the province of the Yemeni government forces.
