One citizen was killed and 4 others were injured today, Thursday, in a local market in Tawahi district, west of Aden.
Local sources said that a dispute broke out between an armed man and a seller of Qat in the market, then developed into a shooting.
The sources added that the gunman shot and killed the seller instantly, while 4 others were injured, 2 of whom are in serious condition.
Khat markets in Aden witness similar incidents from time to time, as these markets are under control of armed gangs and that Emirati-backed transitional militia control of the city of Aden.
